Bill Lee has been building homes in Eastern North Carolina for over 30 years. Born in Long Beach, California, his father retired to Greenville after his time in the Navy. He attended Rose High School, and then The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina to study civil engineering.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction business, he’s managed all aspects of the industry specializing in designing and building custom homes ranging from starter to estate sized. Bill has managed commercial, investment and speculative projects with investor and ownership stakes.

With over 25 years of service to the Greenville/Pitt County Home Builders Association, he has held leadership positions Board of Director, 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President and President. He has received awards from numerous Parade of Homes winner to Builder of the Year.
While attending The Citadel and being a son of an officer in the Navy offered Bill the opportunity of leadership, he also has vast experience in “driving nails.” This has helped him in the design build arena as he takes a hand on approach in all aspects of creating the perfect home for his clients. Over the years, Bill has built around 250 homes, many of which were successful collaborations with homeowners.
He just gets it right.
Let him get it right for you.
He and his wife live in Greenville, but spend time visiting their three daughters in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and across the pond in Berlin, Germany.
